I know I haven't done a Fun Find Friday lately, but I love this item so much I feel like I must share it with you all. Plus, with it being so cold outside - this item is my FAVORITE right now!When we went to Florida, the condos we stayed at were WONDERFUL. One, of the many things, I loved from the condo were the throw blankets on the couch. They were so soft, but I assumed they probably cost beyond what I would be willing to spend on a throw blanket. I searched the brand online, Berkshire, and discovered Bed, Bath, and Beyond carries this brand. Again, I assumed that to get the blanket that was as cozy as the one in Florida, it must be the highest priced one. However, as I was strolling through Bed, Bath, and Beyond the other day, I came across the blanket! The best part......the one for $19.99 was just what I wanted! So, if you're picky about your throw blankets - I highly recommend this blanket! And yes....I just wrote a blog post about a blanket......but I love it that much!!!Jackson even loves it! He will say (while crossing his arms to appear to be cold) "Mommy, I am freezing. I think I need to use your big soft blanket." 
I could eat a whole bag of this stuff and still want more. Lots more. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner.....
If you like pickles, you MUST try their dill pickle flavored popcorn. It is delicious!!! I could eat a whole bag of this stuff and still want more. Lots more. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have lots of unique flavors, but dill pickle wins my vote!

In honor of July 4th -

I put forth much effort to go to the store about once a week and have our menu planned for the entire week. I always write on our dry erase kitchen calendar what the meals are for the week.
However, in reality, it never fails that the day I desperately need to go to the store something goes wrong or comes up that prevents me from going. Then I am left standing in front of a nearly empty pantry trying to be creative for my hungry family. It happens to us all, right?
I came across this website: SuperCook and I think it will help in those moments. Simply type in the ingredients you have on hand and it generates a list of links to recipes. I think it will also help when you are craving something and want to find a recipe with that specific ingredient in it.
I have to give credit to my sister in law, Shelly, for this one! Shelly and Justin had this book made for Jackson one Christmas. This is one of our special books, so it stays up on a high shelf in Jackson's room. Lately Jackson has been interested in identifying letters, so I thought he may enjoy reading this book. We have read it many times before, but he loves it even more now that he is getting older. Now, every time he sees the letter J, he gets really excited and says "LOOK!!!!! J for Jackson!!!" I actually squirted lotion in his hand the other day and he was thrilled to see the lotion randomly made a J in his hand. [laughing] "Mommy.....you made J for Jackson in my hand!" I was the funniest mommy ever! (and I didn't even mean to be)

PS.... I am currently working on my blog layout in my spare time. I have been messing around with some digital scrapbooking kits, so bare with me as I am trying to teach myself what the heck I am doing!
Also, I must mention that Rigley is a very cute dog, however he doesn't look very normal in my blog header. His hair isn't as long as it appears to be. He was looking down with a goal of escaping from Jackson's hands. Every time Jackson looks at that picture, he says "What's that Mommy?" haha....he doesn't even recognize his dog. However, you do see 4 sets of eyes from the rest of us which is almost impossible to capture!
I know many of you know about these or may have them in your own home, but I recently discovered vinyl lettering. I ordered mine from Vinyl Attraction (Thanks Karen for the link!), but they also have them on Etsy at lower prices.
